In Barcelona and Catalonia

In Catalonia, the suitable housing report is issued by the Generalitat (the Catalan government). You request it, preferably, at the town hall where you are registered on the padrón (the register of residents). The reunification application is then submitted at the Immigration Office of the province, which belongs to the national government.
